Resident Name missing on Delinquency & Prepaids BoardRoom & Reports

Situation: 

Below are screenshots of something weird I found when looking at delinquency notes.

Unit 2119 is showing no resident name. How do I resolve this? 

Solution: 

This one took some digging, as when I went to the Unit Level, all the former resident names were populated.  

I generated the Aged Receivables Report and searched for #2119

I was able to locate the account with no name.   

I clicked on the “date of the transaction” which took me to the transaction level, where I was able to click on the “Residents Name”.

I then clicked on Edit under Personal Information for both residents. 

• David Liu had “Main Contact in Unit” checkmarked. 
• Anthony Rodriguez did not.

I deselected the “main contact” for David and clicked on OK. However, that did not resolve the issue. 

So I clicked on “Main contact in unit” for Anthony and clicked on OK. 

That resolved the issue.
