If the Screening for Criminal states “Unable to Assess”, then the team will need to “Archive” that screening and click on “New Screening”.
Go to Applicant Profile and Scroll down to Screening.
- Click on the Screening Result tile and click on the date to expand the results. Under Criminal look at the description.
- If “Unable to Access” is listed proceed to Step 2.
- If “Pending” is listed, do not do anything. Continue to check back.
- then click on the 3 dots.
- Click on “Archive” screening.
- Then click on “New Screening” and submit the screening like normal.
