SafeRent - Unable to Screen - New User

If you are unable to screen an applicant in ResMan, and you just received your credentials, then you will need to do the following first:


Log-into SafeRent directly, with your credentials.  That includes the Account #, Username & Password.

You will then need to Re-set your Password and set up a Security question.  



Once you created your credentials - you will go and screen your applicant in ResMan.  Screenshot below.
