Boxscore not Matching with Lease Application Report

Here is a list of reports that will pull information the same or like the items on the Box Score report. Please note that some of these reports may not tie out exactly as the Box Score is set up to have its own parameters and is not simply a collection of other reports:

 

Scenario: Denied Applications showing on Boxscore for current week, but not on Lease Application Report.
 In the example scenario you provided, the reason why denied applicants may not appear on the Lease Applicants report is because this report is solely based off the application date. Whereas the Box Score report outlays a few sections which are pulled based off the date of that category. Below are screenshot examples from 8500 Harwood:

On the Lease Applications report, the Application Date is was dictates these leases pulling on this report:
  

On the Box Score report, the Application Date is was dictates these leases pulling in the New Apps section. But there is an added Cancelled and Denied date which is what will pull the appropriate leases for these sections. Since the Lease Applications report does not have these columned dates, that is why there are apps that will show on one report but not the other for a given timeframe!
