CheckPointID - Auditing Move-In Scans

Every person that is a Lease-Holder at move-in must have their ID Scanned using CheckPointID.  

Refer to SOP 170 Identification Requirement  for all the details on the policy.  

Reports to use: 

• ResMan --> Resident Activity (Select Move-Ins & Transfers)
• CheckPointID --> Scan Detail  (Select Move-Ins) 
  • you can generate this report for Prospects, Tours & Lease Applicant (will need to generated separately for each status).
