Please note that there will some state driver's licenses such as Florida and Louisiana with saturated barcodes that will not be scannable. We have spoken to several people with the Florida DMV.
- There was a batch of Florida IDs printed with the bar-code saturated with ink. People are having the same problem scanning at bars, hotels, etc. A percentage of licenses straight from the DMV are poorly produced and unable to read.
In the event that your team is having issues scanning an ID, an applicant does not receive the Online Verification text message or the applicant is having issues with Online Verification, you as the property can send a manual verification by going to your Checkpoint ID dashboard and selecting the manual review request (+MV) button on the right side of the applicant's name or clicking the "Create Manual Verification".
