CARES Act Properties (Federally Backed Loan)

If a property has a Federally backed loan, then it is still covered under the CARES     Act so I think we would need to keep this in their language. That is not every property though. Only the following:

These properties must include the following verbiage when delivering the Notice to Vacate for Non-Payment of Rent. 

Because of the global COVID-19 pandemic, you may be eligible for temporary protection from eviction under the laws of your State, territory, locality, or tribal area, or under Federal law.
