Unable to perform function due to "Pending Lease"

This issue can affect the following functions/workflows in ResMan

Enter a Notice to Vacate
Cancel at Notice to Vacate
Complete a Move Out
Cancel a Pending Renewal

This typically occurs because of the following -

A roommate/spouse was entered in ResMan, but was never moved in or canceled/denied.
As a result, ResMan sees that there is still a pending lease, and will not allow you to complete the function/workflow process, until the issue is resolved.

In the example below, the issue here was caused due to the roommate/spouse being added but not moved in before the "renew lease" button was clicked on.

To fix this, you would do the following:

Click on "here" from the Undo NTV screen,
Click on Rebecca's profile,
Click on "change" next to ASpproved under Leasing Workflow
Click on "Cancel" and fill out the box.

--> Date: select 1st day of current month

--> Reason: Select Cancellation

--> Notes: Enter the reason

Then click on the "OK" button.
Go back to the current lease.
Now you will be able to cancel the NTV.
