ResMan Resident App
With the ResMan Resident App, residents can submit a new maintenance request and view submitted maintenance requests in the mobile application.
Download ResMan Resident App
To start using the ResMan Mobile App, open the applicable app store: Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and search then install the ResMan Resident App.
Log in to the ResMan Resident App
Once installed, this is how the ResMan Resident App would look like when you open it for the first time:
The resident needs to enter the Username and Password (Resident Portal credentials) and tap Log In.
- You can also tap Use Fingerprint or Face recognition as another way to log in to the application. This option will vary depending on the biometric security method of the device.
Note: If you forgot you credentials, tap Forgot Username or Forgot Password which will send an email on how to retrieve or reset the credentials. |
Dashboard
Once logged in, the Dashboard or Home page will display the First Name and Last Name across the top of the page and the Property Name and Unit Number below.
- NOTE: Residents will use the Aptexx Mobile App to make payments.
Navigation Menu
On the upper left corner, tap the Navigation menu (hamburger button) to view the following items:
- Dashboard
- Maintenance
- Property Information
- Settings
- Logout
Aptexx Mobile App
With the Aptexx Mobile App, residents can make their payment, including paper payments.
Paying Online with a Mobile Check
- FIRST: Click on the drop down to get the mobile check option.
- SECOND: Click on Check Payment
THIRD: Enter check information.
1. Enter check amount.
2. Tap on the Front of Check box to take a picture of the front of the check.
2. Now tap on the Back of Check box to take a picture of the back of the check.
3. Click the green Submit Payment button to complete your payment
You do not need to take your check to the office unless the property office requests it.
