Situation: Resident is unable to Pay Online.
Solution:
The online payments are disabled on the Residents Account in ResMan.
This can occur when we File an Eviction, but can also occur if you Click on "Disable Online Payments:.
To Enable the online payments, on the Residents account, click on "Enable Online Payments" which is nested under "Accounting."
Once that is completed, you will need to put in a Support Ticket in Aptexx.
Go into Aptexx (Accounting/Aptexx) and click on the "Support" icon at the bottom left side of screen.
Please request that aptexx update the resident status - include the following:
- units
- resident names
- reason for request (i.e. Eviction paid in full - need to post money)
