Transfers: Resident Transferred & Now Cannot Access New Unit Portal

ResMan only allows One (1) email address to be used per Apartment's Resident Portal.  


Therefore, when a resident transfers onsite, we must remove the Email address from the Old Unit and Reset the password for the online portal for the new unit.  


Please follow the steps below to complete this.  


Example: Resident transferred from #2190 to #1107


Old Apartment # 2190

  • Click on "Edit" under "Personal Information"
  • Email address
    • copy e-mail address (KARENHOFFER@COX.NET)
    • Enter new email address of none@none.com
  • Click on "OK" button

Then click on "Communication Log" and Click on "Add" button

  • Contact Method: N/A
  • Communication type: Other
  • Description: Email
  • Notes: paste email address (KARENHOFFER@COX.NET)
  • Click on "OK" button




New Apartment 1170

Scroll down to "Users"


Click on Residents Name

then Click on "Reset Password" button
