No Deposit Waiver Properties

The following properties will only participate in the Deposit Waiver Program.  

• Ash at the Branch
• Cedar at the Branch
• Live Oaks at the Branch
• Ramble & Rose
• Teak at the Branch
• The Carson at Twin Creek
• The Franklin
• Twin Creeks at the Branch

All other properties will no longer participate in the Deposit Waiver Program.  

• The applicants will be required to pay the $250 Holding Fee / Deposit. 
• All other Rental Criteria remains the same.
