No Holding Fee Properties

The following properties will no longer collect the Holding Fee at the time of Application.  

They will instead pay a higher Administrative Fee.  

The applicant will pay a total of $250 at the time of application.  This is broken down as follows: $50 Application Fee and $175 Administrative Fee.

The Security Deposit of $250 is still due at move-in.  

All other Rental criteria remains the same.
