Issue: Resident not receiving e-mails sent from ResMan
To resolve this issue, we need to first identify if the Resident has opted out of any of the notifications.
If they have, then the instructions are below for how the residents need to opt back in.
If notifications are turned on, nothing is opted out, and the resident has checked all their inboxes (google has Inbox, Promotion, Social, Junk and can have additional depending if they were turned on).
- Please then put in a Support Ticket and we'll dig in.
Have you checked on the Resident's profile to see if under Notifications they turned off notifications?
Resident Instructions:
If any of the notifications are uncheckmarked, then the resident needs to log on to their Resident Portal, click on the gear icon and then settings.
They need to have turned on "General Announcements", "Maintenance Related", and "Lease Related"
Also under Preferences, that cannot be selected Opt Out.
