Transfers - Move Out Completed - Now What?!?

One the move-out has been completed in ResMan, you will not complete the Move-Out Rec as normal.  You will complete the following steps in the exact order listed.  

1. In ResMan, we never complete the Move-Out Rec first on transfer move-outs. 
2. You will always do the following: 

• Go to Residents Account
• You will want to enter any final charges for the resident's account by clicking on New Transaction.  
• Then you will click on Apply/Refund Balance 
  • Date: Leave Default
  • Deposit Refund - enter a zero
  • Payment Refund - enter a zero
  • Notes: Apply Deposit/PMT to the balance owed
  • Click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen.
• Then you will click on "Transfer Ending Balances"
  • Click on the following ONLY:
    • Transfer deposits
    • Transfer charges, credits, and payments
  • Click on the "Transfer" button.
• You will then go back to the Former Residents Account.
  • Complete the Move-Out Rec. 
  • This should at this point be a $0 owed/$0refund
