In order for the Move-Out Recon and subsequent FAS to be redone - you will make all adjusting entries under "Collections."
  1. EDIT: To Edit a transaction, you will click on the line item, and then click on the Edit button.  Then enter New Amount, Notes, and click on the OK button.
  2. DELETE: To Delete a transaction, you will click on the line item, then click on the Delete button, then click on the YES button.
  3. ADD: To Add a transaction, you will click on the Add button and complete the screen accordingly.
Once all the edits are completed your Property Manager will need to re-approve the FAS, in order for you to generate a new FAS.  :)
