Rent-to-Income Ratio

The rent-to-income ratio is 2.5x for all properties, except for the following properties:


3x Rent to Income Properties

  • Three times (3x) properties are exempt from Collecting Rental History & Verifying Employment History.
  • EXCEPTION: For Approved with Conditions Applicants, Rental & Employment history must be obtained.
  • Proof Of Income is still to be obtained for these properties.
