ResMan will not load

If you are experiencing issues with operating ResMan on Google Chrome, please do the following steps: 

  1. Delete your Internet Cache, cookies & browsing history – for all time.  Click on the link below for step-by-step instructions.
    1. https://s2res.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/151000095025-delete-cookies-history
  2. Remove All Extensions in Google Chrome
  3. Sign out of Google Chrome

  1. Shut down your Computer.  Wait two minutes and then turn your computer back on.  
  2. Open Google Chrome and sign into ResMan.  
    1. NOTE: If that does not work, then close Google Chrome and re-open it in “Incognito mode.”

  1. If ResMan is still not responding or not allowing you to work in ResMan, please put in a support ticket directly with @CPTech Support.
