If you are experiencing issues with operating ResMan on Google Chrome, please do the following steps:
- Delete your Internet Cache, cookies & browsing history – for all time. Click on the link below for step-by-step instructions.
- Remove All Extensions in Google Chrome
- Sign out of Google Chrome
- Shut down your Computer. Wait two minutes and then turn your computer back on.
- Open Google Chrome and sign into ResMan.
- NOTE: If that does not work, then close Google Chrome and re-open it in “Incognito mode.”
- If ResMan is still not responding or not allowing you to work in ResMan, please put in a support ticket directly with @CPTech Support.
