When LRO is reporting Double or higher Rent amount, it is caused by a former lease where the recurring Charges were not ended.

  • Go to the specific resident page..
  • Click on the Lease History tab (On the Resident Page, not Unit Level)
  • --> You will need to click on each Resident page listed here
  • Select one of the Leases listed
  • Click on Recurring Charges once the new page loads.
  • If the Transactions End date does not match Lease End, you need to click on the "Apply Lease Dates" button.
  • A dialog box will open named "Apply Lease Dates", click on Yes.

In the event that is active and Greyed out Transaction charges - if the transaction charges are duplicate - click on the transaction item and click on the Delete button.

You will complete the above steps for every single Resident Page listed in the Lease History.

IMPORTANT - Once the above is resolved, please contact your DOO and have them re-run Renewals in LRO.

In this example - I would delete the charges that are greyed out, as they are duplicates of in-place charges.
