Renewals: Lease Renewal Will Not Send

Issue: 

• Lease Renewal was created, but it is not showing up under Signature Package.
• The resident is not receiving lease renewal

Findings:

The reason the lease is not showing up under Signature Package and is not being sent is contributed to the fact that there is still an open Lease for the prior lease term that was not executed.  

Solution:

• Click on Signature Packages
• Hover over 3 dots
• Select VOID 
• Click on Yes, VOID option

Now you can click on Create Lease and the Lease will be sent and saved under Signature Packages.
