How to Close Work Orders in ResMan

Below, please find step by step instructions on how to Bulk Close out work orders in ResMan.  Can you please share the below with your teams?  

 

You can Bulk Complete the Work Orders by doing the following:

  • Property then Work Orders
  • Parameters
    • Status: Submitted, Not Started, Scheduled, In Progress, On Hold
    • Date Range: All Dates Before (enter today’s date)
  • Select each work order that needs to be closed, by clicking on the “radio box” next to the service request number.  
  • Click on Bulk Update button at bottom (please note – this is grayed out unless you select work orders).  
  • Bulk Update Button Parameters:
    • Click on the radio boxes: “Status”, “Completed”, “Completed by”, “Notes.”
      • Status – select “Completed.”
      • Completed – Leave default date and time.
      • Completed by – select any name listed.
      • Notes – “Ticket closed in HappyCo/SightPlan.  Refer to that system for more details.”  
      • Click on “OK” button
