Important Notes: 

1. Since we do not have ResMan to import Unit address, Resident Names, Lease Dates, Rent, etc., it is necessary to put in place an add safeguard to ensure the Leases that are sent are correct. 
2. The Property Manager must review & approve the Lease before it can be sent.  
3. Only the Property Manager (or Director of Operations) is allowed to Sign Leases – No Exceptions!  

• Manager Review & Approval.  The Manager must review and approve in Safe Rent for each Rental Application file before the (1) Applicant may be notified their application is approved, approved with conditions, or denied; (2) Lease to be sent.  No Exceptions!
