BlueMoon - Guarantor Application

You have the ability to send the Guarantor Application in BlueMoon and obtain the completed application as well. 

To send a Guarantor Application from BlueMoon, please do the following:

• Log into BlueMoon,
• Click on “Application Forms” from the right side of the screen,
• Click on “Lease Guarantors”,
• Clcik on "Add New Guantor".
• New screen will pop-up – complete the following fields:
  1. Guarantor
  2. E-mail (Guarantor)
  3. Residents (list residents)
  4. Click on Continue button.
• Send e-mail dialog box will open (If you choose to add this guarantor, an e-mail notification will be sent to the specified party, requesting completion of a Guarantor Pre-Leasing Application form.  Do you want to continue?) – click on OK button.
