Welcome to S2's In-House IT Help Desk!

In our ongoing efforts to provide our team with the best resources and support, S2 is excited to bring IT support in-house. Here's what you can expect from our dedicated IT Help Desk:

  1. Technical Support
    • Hardware: Bank Scanners, Computers/Laptops, Printers, Phones
    • Troubleshooting: Resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and check scanners
    • Software: Install and update operating systems and applications
    • Replacements: Manage computer replacements
  2. Computer Access Management
    • Systems: Manage access to computers, Okta, Microsoft Office products, and Workday
    • Property Management Systems: For ResMan, Knock, etc.
    • Email Accounts: Configure and maintain email accounts, including password resets
  3. Network Connectivity
    • Setup and Troubleshooting: Ensure smooth internet, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet connectivity
    • Before Submitting a Ticket: Contact your Internet Provider to rule out area outages
  4. Security Software
    • Phishing: Block suspicious email addresses and URLs
    • Antivirus: Install and maintain antivirus software

What Does This Mean for You?

  • Contact Us: Email @Tech Support instead of CPTech for IT assistance
  • Vendor Support: Our S2 Tech Team will schedule any necessary outside vendor support
  • Property Management Support: Solution articles are still available on the S2 Support Porrtal.
