PexCard - Setting up a User

The Director of Operations are required to set up and manage their team members access to PEX.  


Setting/Updating up a new user

  • Log-in to PEX. 
  • Select the specific property (legal name will be listed) that you need to update. 
  • Then click on Team Member
  • It will default you to Profile.  

    the Click on "Edit Profile" button at the bottom of the page.

  • Date of Birth must be 01/01/1980.  Please don't enter a different date. 

  • Enter the Home and mobile #.  

    Home = Property Number

    Mobile = Property Manager cell #

     
  • Email will be the PM's e-mail address

  • Personal Address and zip should be the OLD S2 Corp office, until notified otherwise.

  • Shipping Address will be the Property's Address. 

  • Be sure to click on the "Update" button

The system will default back on the profile page.  Now you need reset the password.  Click on the "Reset Password" button.



Now that you have updated/set up a new user - you need to set the PIN.  

You can also set a PIN for Debit card purchases.  To do this, you will click on "Cards" and click on the card name (should be Property Manager).

  • In the upper right-hand corner - click on the 3 dots next to "Fund" button.  
  • Pin should be something that the team member should remember, Typically we either do the Zip code or the Street address number of the office.  
  • Be sure to not click on "Allow cardholder to change PIN"
  •  Make sure you click on the "Set" button. 
 


When updating Profiles, you cannot change the username, but you can change the email.
